A World of Craft is a swedish company, registered in Stockholm, Sweden.

Why?

A World of Craft register your personal information as a customer for the purpose of managing orders, purchases, reclamations, communications regarding the purchase as well as sending newsletters.

According to law personal data is required to make a purchase.

For how long?

We store all personal data until the purchase has been completed, including delivery and payment, and for 36 months after that, to be able to handle possible reclamations.

Unsubscribe

You can at any moment unsubscribe to our newsletter through a link in the newsletter or via an e-mail to us at info@aworldofcraft.se. After that we do not store any personal data unless they can be connected to a purchase or an order.

A World of Craft's partners

We collect personal data from the data you yourself provide us with, the data we collect based on your purchases and data from third parties, such as addresses and credit rating.

We may come to share personal data with other companies who processes information on our behalf and based on our instructions. This applies to transport companies, payment processing companies and IT companies maintaining our services. These companies only use the personal data for the same purpose as they were registered for.

What?

A World of Craft registers the personal information relevant to a purchase from aworldofcraft.se. As an individual you have the right to know which data we store about you, as well as the right to correct and delete the data. You can delete personal data if they are no longer needed for the purpose they were originally collected for.
